  1. 2026 Track Day Updates — post-mods

Glad you were able to go faster on inferior and worn tires! Times don’t lie, congrats.
  2. Tuning in Orlando

I usually stick to the R platform. The Si I could do but been so busy I have just focused on the R and type S.
  3. Tuning in Orlando

I’m in Orlando, like literally cover all of the central FL area.
  4. Clutch upgrade: when?

I just did a 570+ car on stock clutch and so far it is holding fine for the time being. Torque is around 450. Trick is to not lug the engine and create a high load low rpm situation when the torque hits. That initial stress is brutal. But eventually the stock clutch will fail.
  5. P0087 - Low Fuel Rail Pressure - 2021 CTR - thoughts?

Had a customer with a similar issue. We ended up doing a direct wire kit towards the pump, with new cannister and fuel pump and that solved the issue. Check the electrical feed to the pump.
  6. No overheating on 87 degree Sebring Track Day

It will cool the cylinder better. As far as oil and coolant temps it will be negligible from my experience.
  7. No overheating on 87 degree Sebring Track Day

On the ethanol front I would suggest running a e20 mix max to not tax the pump at the track. On the street I feel you can get away with e30 with a slightly leaner afr.
  8. No overheating on 87 degree Sebring Track Day

I would step up to 5w-30. That is what I run and 0 issues. I’m not a fan of the 0w-20 think it is too thin for track duty once some heat gets in there.
  9. Jester’s Hondata thread

Hondata is the one currently doing jailbreak tours. Right now I can do shipping ecu or if there is enough interest in the area, 10 plus cars then it can be scheduled.
  10. Jester’s Hondata thread

This is fbo, fuel system and canflex and the kuro+. Car had easily another 40-50whp available, just left it there since the customer did not want to push a stock engine too far.
  11. MST FL5 Intake Pre-Order + FREE SILICONE INTERCOOLER HOSES

So you can see gains without a tune doing some bolt ons. But to take advantage of that a tune will yield dividend better than just bolting them on. The car has some room on the factory limits to get some partial benefit from better parts.
  12. Jester’s Hondata thread

The FK8 turbo is slightly larger than the FL5 turbo. The FL5 is a more efficient turbo in the sense of that it makes almost just as much while being smaller but up too it does drop a bit more compared to the FK8 one. The FK8 had more fuel so was able to run a bit more ethanol but after a...
  13. Jester’s Hondata thread

FL5 with kuro+, left it there because that is what the customer wanted. Plenty more on tap if needed.
  14. Jester’s Hondata thread

Some of the results from a couple of the cars done. FBO FK8 stock turbo/canflex FBO FL5 stock turbo, canflex
