I hope you don't live in the middle of nowhere, because you are probably going to need to take it to a 3rd and maybe even a 4th dealer. It never ceases to amaze me how dealerships can employ people who have no idea how cars work.

Personally I would bite the bullet and get the mikstore kit. Probably not that much more expensive than sourcing everything individually, but a far easier install and power folding mirrors to boot.

No, you absolutely do not need to buy TPMS sensors for any 10th or 11th Gen Civic. The integrals have them.

Do an oil test, and make sure you take the sample oil as the oil is pouring from the engine, don't dip from the pan.

Since you are under warranty that's the best course of action. If you weren't the next step would be to put a camera in the cylinders to check for the leaky injectors.

Leaky injectors was definitely a thing for early 1.5s, but I don't know about the 2.0s. But if they are leaking, you'd see problems with oil dilution. I hate to bring this up, but to might want to check your coolant level if the swapping the plugs does nothing.
