No, the center cap adapters utilize the space. That being said, I have heard of people shaving hub centric rings to fit underneath, but since the TEs use a tapered lug-centric design it's not necessary. Certainly not needed for street, but I do run hub rings without caps on track wheels (these are not my track wheels).

That's the truth. It's not that I haven't had a load of tire-kickers. No one is willing to commit and love to drag you along throwing out promises they don't keep. Either that or they're trying to get me to drive 4 hours out of state. Only the west coast boys ever throw out offers that might stick. Generally, if someone messages me and ends every sentence with "lol" then I already know how it's going to turn out.
