They have a pretty weak warranty, so you may be stuck. I certainly hope not.
"If any component(s) of your system does not meet OUR warranty standards, you're covered. The failed component will be repaired or replaced."
I was hoping that would be true, but I tried your bolts (because I'm waiting for a friend to help me install them on the Wing) and they're a little larger with a slightly different thread size than my license plate screws.
Thanks. I just got some M6 bolts and they're a little too wide. I figure it may be because Japan is metric. Then I thought I'd try M5.
I was hoping to narrow it down before going to Amazon or Napa.
Did any new US owners receive an "anti-theft ID card" with their car? Honda claims "the card is usually placed in the glove box at the time of delivery". It has the code and serial numbers for the radio and navigation systems, which would be nice to have.
I figured I'd check before asking...
According to the Honda website, you have to "deactivate" the "Driver Feedback" on the "My Vehicles" page. Hopefully turning off data sharing in your phone works too.
Can you PM your installer's contact info? I'd like to upgrade my stereo and am not a DIY guy. I'm in SWFL, so not a bad drive over. I'm interested in his idea to use a better processor/amp instead of (or in addition to?) upgrading the speakers.
I'm not very car-savvy, but why upgrade the RMM before installing rigid collars?
I haven't read anything negative about the collars, but I've definitely read about problems with the RMM, mostly that it can be too stiff, and transfer more vibration and noise than desired.
I thought it would...
2024 SGP for MSRP in Vermont, plus I paid retail for the CF wing, Alcantara steering wheel, highwall mats, cargo tray, seat back protectors and the shift knob, all installed.
I guess I like bling. And I know I'm not handy.
