Damn this suck after reading this thread but it happens. It happened to my friend at the track he change his oil but never used a torque wrench and spilled oil all over the track. He ended up replacing the motor. After that I torque down everything within reason. I can understand the...
I hate the range on this car. I constantly drive to zero due to this. I had about 16 miles today and filled up and got almost exactly 10.0xx gallon. I would had like it to larger but it is what it is. You can get about 30 more mile after zero but after that it pretty much gambling.
I saw on some type of YouTube video that the wing cause to much downforce and throw off balance of the car. Or you need a crazy front splitter to offset it
It weird people are saying it will raise your rates but I didn’t see that. I keep my comprehensive low due to this so I just claim whenever. Unless you got one of those rare first model I wouldn’t worry about claiming it. I am surprise you haven’t started fixing it yet. Good luck either...
I would just claim it. For 2500 it not that bad and they will just raise it for a little bit even if that. I have claim before for hit and run due to my neighbor hood isn’t the best driver
Get estimate and see what the guy tell you. You always gotta see how much it cost to repair before you proceed with your decision. I had a hit and run to but was able to buff out. The initial estimate was 1k and was whatever after I buff it out Metal was still wavy though Your will...
I was hoping around 350whp but not realstic due to mod just don’t pile on the gains. I am happy enough how my car feel. I will probably be changing tires to help put more power down and chase those certain times.
I am debating about tune but I want to run the car how I want without worrying about it. With custom tune if I get bad gas it might not go so well for me.
I have it to at times. Even my kids will question it. Initially when I bought the car nothing. But maybe after 5k I would feel it here and there. The off and vibration has persisted even after 30k miles. My previous civic si was the same feeling. But it doesn’t do it after I drove...
I had the tomei before for my other car and it was loud and drone. At the track it was great but I live in California and I got a ref ticket within a month of owning it.
I have the swift springs and the car look good with the drop it gave. I didn’t like how car felt on the track compared to stock. Of course that is subjective. I like swift mainly for name due to being the biggest player in springs for Japan. Eibach you can not go wrong as well, being very...
I think comparing to Edmund difficult due to the comparison is more on power compared to overall grip of the car. I remember back in the day s2000 would lose in drag like times but on track at least in Best Motoring would hang well with higher horsepower car. I can see the other commentators...
I wouldn’t worry. I also did the same because the gas station I went to had octane in reverse. I drive pretty tame on the street and the computer will sort it out. Just keep the the low. I would be more scared with a tune.
