Have the dealership take off the airbag assembly in the steering wheel and reseat it. This got fixed when I had them install my alcantara wheel, which involves all of that.

I haven’t installed mesh inserts on these yet, but I don’t think it’d pose an issue. Would likely make sense to either install the mesh vents on the car first or find a way to attach them to the rally armor.

FL5 dashboard part #77100-T39-A02ZA. I believe the normal Civic hatch dashboard is #77100-T20-A01ZA and I have no idea if there is an actual difference between them but given that they are different part numbers I assume there must be.

Finally an update to wrap all this up: I went ahead and ordered a new dash and alcantara steering wheel (might as well save on shipping) and got them installed today. My wallet is a bit lighter but I'm really happy to have everything fixed. I ended up paying a little more to go with a dealer so...
