Get the vehicle paint corrected then ceramic or graphene coated. Helps the vehicle stay cleaner for longer and allows for better result on true touch less washes. Much more cost-effective than PPF.
Get a good a pressure washer, foam cannon and good soap. (that's a whole debate on its own)...
Not sure but they were really responsive when I messaged them. They even sent me pics of the red forged carbon on other pieces so I could see it better.
Well I put my money down and bought the red forged carbon console cover in gloss. I'll post up once I get it to see how it looks. It was like $438 shipped. Here to hoping I like the look of it!
I was wondering if someone was going to comment on the bag on the floorboard. I wish it was some good strip mall Chinese food but alas, its healthy food from a place all cleaneatz........
This is about the 4th rendition of shift knob and rod combo. This setup feels the best so far but I may throw the 140mm rod in at some point soon to test it out.
I actually reached out to Hybrid Racing directly about the shifter being open and they said should be no issues. They keep it open...
Best crocodile Dundee accent "now that's a shifter"
170mm shift rod on the hybrid racing shifter. Feels great, looks a little goofy though. I also bought the 140mm rod. I have always preferred a very tall shifter.
Yea I also understand your argument that it's an unnecessary risk to take on track. I got some thinking to do on that because it is a valid point. If you were to see how solid they are mounted it might also provide more insight into why I say they appear to be safe. More cars on track with...
No argument about the danger of stuff on the track or falling on the track during a session. Like I said before if a track has a concern, I would rip them right off.
I understand the safety argument but where do you draw the line then. I've seen bolts come loose on aftermarket exhaust on track and fall off. I guess you cant have aftermarket exhaust on track either.
If any race track told me I couldn't run then I would have no problem taking them off...
Someone pissed on your cheerios this morning... Deep breath...they are not necessary, like most of the aftermarket. They are an option for those that find a use in it. If you don't trust anyone to install it correctly then I guess you don't go on track with anyone who has aftermarket wheels...
I'm the same way, once I have had a bad customer service experience. Just stinks bc they do make really good quality product in my experience. Like I said I've used them for years on my other GM performance vehicles.
I get the fear of them falling off on track but if they are installed...
