I don't think this is rev hang, because it completely disappeared when rev match was disabled. I also don't think rev hang holds your rpm at the correct value for a smooth shift.

This is purely dependent on where you live, I cross shopped 4 dealers with at least 2 CTRs (either there or being transported). There's a reason we have a stereotype over CTR buyers being stupid with money, a ton paid like $5k-10k over MSRP. No need for that now.
