im going to run the Kicker 48cwrt82 wiring it to 4ohms which is rated at 300watts rms. Then to adjust the gains carefully since the lc1.800 is rated at 500rms at 4ohms.

The days of adding deck, speakers, and amp are gone. Really miss those days haha. I’ve talked to 4 shops and only one shop was able to really explain what they’re were doing. Confusing and tricky stuff lol
That amp looks solid and a good solution for a built in LC2i.
My main question is whether the LC2i is truly necessary as there are several amps in the $150–$250 range that I’m considering. And if I don’t need an LC2i, then it’s a substantial cost saving.
