Are there any driving simulator out there that have the FL5 on it yet? I'm thinking about setting up a driving simulator, mostly wanting to drive sports cars or maybe drifting. What's your favorite simulator and setup? I would prefer a console because setting up a PC can get out of hand...
SRP sent me a template of their standard size pedal and during my trial fit, it was barely larger than the OE - didn't have enough coverage for the way I tend to rest my foot. Since the side of the carpet was starting to get dirty already, I wanted something that will prevent that. No point...
You don't have to get that exact design of the larger dead pedal that I'd linked. That was my proposed design to have as much coverage over the red carpet underneath (based on how I tend to rest my foot) and SRP customized it for me. They will customize to whatever shape you want!
So - is the plan to tune the cloned unlocked ECU and be ready to swap back to the stock ECU if needed? Do you know what info that's on the ECU that can get it to throw a fit if it sees a mismatch when you swap ECUs? For example, is the odometer info stored on the ECU at all? If so, how would...
Yes. My wording of the question was somewhat confusing. I don't know if the first post was for the Euro version or JDM or if they're both one of the same? Our NA horns are also dual horns if I'm not mistaken? Thanks.
If the spare clear the calipers/rotors on the 20" OEM, it will work on the FL5 19" setup. The overall diameter of both are similar (FK8 have less tire sidewall). Bolt pattern and hub are the same.
I can't believe none of you went with the larger dead pedal plate that covers more of the carpet underneath!

Just pick an oil that you like that is API SN rated or Higher and you should be golden - if you value your factory warranty. Everyone else's opinion is just that - an OPINION. Even "Oil Experts" would argue amongst themselves as there is NO single "Best" oil for every applications, just the...
It doesn't look like MRT will do one for the larger mid resonator. I've contacted them last year and they mentioned that it would drone if the larger mid resonator were to be removed. I've read/heard owners removing it without complaining about drone? Obviously, drone/noise tolerance is very...
More of something isn't necessarily a good thing. For example, if your engine consumes a bit of oil via blowby, that extra ZDDP is bad for your Catalyst! API exists for a reason.
The only issue with this is finding a competent exhaust shop that does decent welds. All of the shops around me can't weld for sh!t. Why won't anyone make a resonator delete kit that's clamped on for the FL5 like this one for the Audi S3 => Volkswagen Golf VII R 2.0T Gen3 Exhaust Performance...
I know. The dealers and Honda Corp are just playing us by pointing fingers at each other. The dealer told me that they don't get paid if the MM was above 15% and Honda Corp can track it through the vehicle. I was so infuriated that I filed complaint case with Honda Corp about this strict 15%...
Unfortunately, my dealer is following it by the book and won't do it for me until it reached 15%. This is why I'm going to just take their one and only free oil change and won't be buying any of their prepaid services. Good idea on the tire rotation - I'm going to opt out of the tire rotation...
For synthetic oil, most manufacture
The maintenance minder also takes time into consideration. My car only has 3600 miles and it's been a bit over 10 months since I bought it with a 03/25 production date. The MM just dinged at me this morning at 15%. This really pisses me off because I was...
