  1. First 2022 Civic sedan driving impressions / reviews roll in

Wait, Honda changed the CVT final drive midway through the 10th gen cycle and NOBODY NOTICED????!!!!
  2. Leasing prices for the 2022 Civic

My best advice is to stay away from the 1st year model and in the mean time save as much money as possible. If you can find a way to buy the car instead of lease you will save a lot more money.
  3. First 2022 Civic sedan driving impressions / reviews roll in

I agree, although the newer hatch intrigues me I'm thinking to myself; "I've got a very nice 10th Gen Si that's paid off, no maint issues, low mileage, super fun to drive, probably the best Si ever". Do I want to go to a freaking dealer, who I hate because they lie and treat me like SH!T, spend...
  4. Si Drivers

I had the 6th Gen Si, shipped it to Oahu it got stolen twice. I then went through 2 Acura TL's and a Scion xB before going back to the Si world with my 2017 10 Gen.
  5. 2022 Civic HATCHBACK Rear First Revealed Look!

So far the hatch looks better than the sedan, I like the blue color, the rear windshield wiper, and I"m glad we still have the rear lobster claw taillights. Still, I'm going to hold judgement until the 23rd. The things I'm looking for are is the Sport Hatch available in both manual + Turbo? How...
  6. 11th gen Civic Si spotted by TFLcar

This is a great question, although I could be wrong I believe the Si will have better parts not just the LSD. Some of the differences may be that the Si has larger front brake rotors, stiffer front & rear springs, Stiffer mounts, same bushings as Type-R, same control rods as Type-R, better rear...
  7. All-New 2022 Honda Civic Hatchback Teased Ahead of Global Debut on June 23!

I'm wondering what hatch to buy if no turbo in the sport hatch. I don't like the Toyota corolla hatch as doesn't have enough cargo room in back. Soooo, that will lead me back to the civic sport touring hatch if it has the turbo & 27/28 cu ft cargo in back. I used to have a Scion xB so...
  8. All-New 2022 Honda Civic Hatchback Teased Ahead of Global Debut on June 23!

I have a feeling the sport hatch is going to be the NA 2.0L.. but I would much, much prefer it to be the 1.5L Turbo.
  9. 2022 Civic Hatchback Digitally Revealed!

This 11th Gen Hatch might be a couple of inches longer at 180 inches vs. the 178 inches of the 10th Gen. Looks like it'll have closer to 28 cu ft. of hatch space instead of the outgoing hatch 25.7 cu ft.
  10. Neat Animations on 2022 Civic digital display – turn signals, headlights, tail lights, brake lights

Is there a way you can switch from Analog to Digital Speedometer?
  11. Have a 2022 Civic Touring: Ask Me Anything! 🙋🏻‍♂️

I'm surprised they didn't fix the rattles by the 2020 model year. If it's the A Pillars then it's easy to take the 1 screw out and put some foam dots up and down the pillar to stop the rattling.
  12. Have a 2022 Civic Touring: Ask Me Anything! 🙋🏻‍♂️

Manuals will be available in Hatch, Si, Type-R. I would recommend the Accord's over this new Civic line unless you absolutely want a smaller car.
  13. 2022 Civic spotted on streets of Toronto, Canada

Wow, from this view it really looks bland and nothing special. Big pass from me.
  14. Its Here! 2022 Honda Civic Sedan Official Pics, Videos and Specs

Yeah, I'm kinda with you on this one. I'm pretty happy with my 17 Si, it's been a great car and at 38,000 miles there no reason to rush out and buy another Civic. I think I'll stick with my Si for another 2-3 years I'd rather have my car that's a little over the top with waffle griddles than a...
  15. Release date guesses?

I think this would be a great move. The 21 Sport Hatch has all the kinks worked out + 180HP Turbo. My question is will the 22 Sport Hatch come with a Turbo?
  16. 2022 Civic Sedan Pricing Starts at $21,700 and Goes on Sale June 16!

Am I right that the cheapest way to get a Turbo is the EX at $24,700?
  17. Release date guesses?

Over the years I've found out that both Toyota and Honda will go out of their way to ensure their most basic trim line sells high in volume. Anybody remember the hugely successful Scion xB? It sold so much Toyota cancelled it because it interfered with a big chunk of Corolla sales. They came out...
  18. Release date guesses?

I don't know exact dates but the sedans are this summer. The hatches will follow in the fall. Si & Type R by the middle of next year.
  19. Improved seats in 2022 Civic?

The seats were a big reason I bought the 10 Gen Si, I just couldn't stand the Civic Sport Hatch seats. The Si front seats never bothered me at all, even during 3 of my cross country trips. As far as seat height goes, I believe I read this 11 Gen will ride higher, which is a big plus.
