I can only comment on my old car, but it got ~400+ miles on hwy cruising with ~300lb (2ppl + some stuff) driving from Vancouver, BC to Levenworth, WA in mild summer weather iirc
I cant imagine CTR getting a lot less than ~350 miles in similar conditions.
I think 300 miles shouldnt be an issue.

per this, the chassis does seem lighter. so my question is, is the rest of the car making the GVWR higher vs FK8 due to other components? or is the chassis able to handle more load...
I guess you must know the size by now, but it's been mentioned somewhere on the forum that it will be 47L.
10th gen Si (Coupe) was also 47L for reference
even painting either end/side would have been better than black, but alas, here we are. it does look pretty good with body color. I wonder if people will try to wrap/paint match the wing
I am sure they are aware.. probably tuning more for longevity/daily drivability and leaving room for tuners. If Honda tuned the car to w/e Hondata does already, then tuners will ... well, tune again.
might look better with body matching color, glad to know parts are plenty available for mirror caps.
also wouldnt be surprised if Honda made OEM CF mirror caps sooner or later
it will protect against rockhips.. so ya, ceramic coating on top will help keep clean look + easy car washes. (last 2-3 years I think)
depends how much a car means to you though, if it's jus a souped up civic, then u might not do it, if it's a long term "investment" then will be worth it.
i will most likely replace the center piece as well, not sure if its aluminum or not, but might get too hot in the summer.
that and shiftknob is an insta buy for me
im pretty sure you can find an fk8 near you to just try sitting in? but i've read that you kinda need to drop into the seat due to the side bolstering, if you just slide in and out sideways like other commuters, you may cause excessive wear and tear over time.. actual FK8 owners can probably...
