  1. Civic Si (L15CA) Reliability

Does anyone here know who Ososik is lol. He’s built some pretty damn fast L15’s, so I’d listen to him about what he thinks.
  2. Civic Si (L15CA) Reliability

This means nothing when tuning a civic. Ososik has stated in his videos that the L15 in the 11gen Si has weaker internals. They threw more power at a stock 10gen and it held the power fine through tons of abuse. Unfortunately for the new Si it doesn’t seem to be the case but it takes more than...
  3. Front Plate Mount Options - FL5 Type R

In BC that’s illegal as hell. The plate needs to be mounted on the front bumper of the vehicle. I dunno about Ontario but that’s asking to be pulled over.
  4. PS4S Tire Compound (cold weather)

Atleast these are amazing tires though. I run those year round on my FK8 and love em.
  5. Thoughts on FL5 vs FK8 Type R (by savagegeese)

Impressive. Jump in an FK8 (or FL5) and I bet you’d throw down way faster times.
  6. Thoughts on FL5 vs FK8 Type R (by savagegeese)

Yea that’s a stretch. Good thing that tinfoil hat is on or the 5G gay frogs might get you lol.
  7. Thoughts on FL5 vs FK8 Type R (by savagegeese)

Yes exactly. That’s why I’m saying that lol. ThrottleHouse did a roll race as well as a dig.
  8. Thoughts on FL5 vs FK8 Type R (by savagegeese)

Maybe the FL5 also traps slower in real life like your saying the FK8 does? Car reviewers like C&D and MT have numbers that no normal person can hit anyways. Easy to compare spreadsheets but ThrottleHouse showed a real life race. Hard to argue it.
  9. Thoughts on FL5 vs FK8 Type R (by savagegeese)

No worries, Si’s are great cars. But sometimes people say some outlandish things that become internet “knowledge” lol. Thank you for clarifying!
  10. Thoughts on FL5 vs FK8 Type R (by savagegeese)

I felt like that when I had my 10gen si. Get the R dude, nothing you do to the Si will give you the feeling an R will. At the end of the day it’s a civic. Mine sits in the driveway in the rain, snow, storms and blistering sun. Drive it and enjoy it, it’s the perfect DD/track weapon.
  11. Thoughts on FL5 vs FK8 Type R (by savagegeese)

Just curious if you have time slips for your autox times compared to your local FK8’s. I find that hard to believe no offence.
  12. 2023 Civic Type R FL5 - Reviews Compilation (Articles + Videos) ✍🏻 🎥

Nah first FL5 I see will get a wave and then I’ll stalk them to find where they live lol.
  13. Thoughts on FL5 vs FK8 Type R (by savagegeese)

Too much goes into which one is better. Honestly from everything I’m seeing seems to be very comparable between new and old. Car enthusiasts are just lucky as hell we still get one last kick at the can. I’m happy with my FK8 but I’m so excited for others to get experience a car of this calibre...
  14. 2023 Civic Type R (FL5) U.S. Pricing: $42,895 MSRP

Yea it’s basically impossible. When I sold my RSX type S a guy from Colorado wanted to buy it. Acura and Honda both wouldn’t write the letter saying it meets US safety demands. They told me they only do this when a person is moving countries and need to get the car register to insure in the US.
  15. 2023 Civic Type R FL5 - Reviews Compilation (Articles + Videos) ✍🏻 🎥

No kidding. I was cringing at the ride along and then the cameos from other reviewers was just a fail.
  16. 2023 Civic Type R (FL5) U.S. Pricing: $42,895 MSRP

Wow… just wow. Dealerships love this that’s forsure lol. 8.99% 72 months holy guacamole.
  17. 2023 Civic Type R FL5 - Reviews Compilation (Articles + Videos) ✍🏻 🎥

Yea it was already bad in the FK8, but this looks extra bumpy. Maybe they put it in ++R haha.
  18. 2023 Civic Type R (FL5) U.S. Pricing: $42,895 MSRP

If anyone is wondering for Canada it’s $51,000 which is a lot cheaper than the USA after exchange rate ($42,000 USD = $58,000 CAD).
  19. 2023 Civic Type R (FL5) U.S. Pricing: $42,895 MSRP

If anything each new MY will be more expensive, so anyone on the fence about the price and wanting it… well go out and get the first one you can as it’s only going to get more expensive.
