Yeah absolutely. The Si is a sporty-ish commuter car, ain’t no race car lol. Heated seats are a must anywhere with 4 seasons. I even use mine in the summer to help with back pain after a long day at work.
Liked your assessment, the way you put it that does make it seem more of just trade offs.
I realize there’s the Integra which is probably influencing much of the choices made on the Si, just living in the NE USA I can’t imagine a car without heated side mirrors, and of course the heated seats.
I know this year demonstrated that people will buy at higher prices, but for what you lose on the new Si compared to my 10th is just crazy. Low end infotainment, and criminally no heated seats or heated mirrors.
I was already moving on to the Integra, but if I wasn’t the removal of heated seats and mirrors, and dual zone climate would be absolute deal breakers. Just trying to break up all that boring talk lol, just real issues I have with the 11th. I wonder if it is supply chain issues.
Sorry for the confusion I meant as in financing* a buyout of the lease from Honda then just selling to carmax, carvana etc and letting them figure out the title with the bank (ok with the added wait time)
I was already planning to extend my lease for the 6 months to try and make it to the release of the Integra Type S.
I am planning on going your route with the lease buyout, but you bought out your car completely first? I was just planning on selling it to them and having them pay the bank off-...
