    That is what I did for mine, got some longer security type machine screws and no issues since.

    Thanks for addressing this. About the skid plate, I have an FK7 and there are additional clips to remove if you want to completely remove the panel. Unless the circles are highlighting the wrong ones in the front.

    Yes, the skid plate/panel. The instructions have you remove 15 clips, but there are a few more at the front not mentioned. I let the panel pivot there. I should have taken a pic.

    I haven't driven the car yet, but I will today. It does look good!

    Installed last night, there are more than 15 clips to remove if you want to remove the under panel completely out of the way. I just let it hang down from the front.
