Make sure your prl intake is in fact a "race maf" version, if its not then do NOT select the prl intake "mod" in the software. As that is only for the race maf version.
I had always suspected this. I may try it to see if it affects the fuel trims using the same tune (im going to be looking for about a 5% change because over the multiple flashes and versions of tunes I have ran in the past year seem to have cumulated more than a few % changes in fueling some how.)
Yes it is different. Just a tune they provide with stock like settings/ targets.
Consider anything to tune these cars to be like a user interface overlaid to operate an old dos program computer...

I did that once and it actually worked pretty well but you could tell the little bastard wanted uncorked. Hell even a stock boost table combined into the canned tunes is redonkulous.
The computers just make the dam thing do what it do I guess!!!
