My bone stock 10th gen will easily spin 2nd gear in the wet - I had chalked that up to the oem tires :) would certainly be interesting to drive 10th/11th gen Si’s back to back.
looking forward to the embargo on reviews being lifted. I think Honda missed out not lifting before the holiday- lots...
@mattsSi
One thought- the 10th gen hatch would not have a LSD while the Si does.. this will really change the likelihood of the tires breaking loose as the LSD will work to direct the torque between the R and L wheel…
Really curious how your observations develop as the engine gets broken in...
Haha... And I just posted 'Lack of heated seats' as my biggest complaint..... lol. I used mine today!
It's just one of those things that once you experience you never want to go back (imo) One can enjoy a sporty car and like not being frozen in the dead of winter :)
I agree with the look of...
+ Heated seats (this is a big one for me)
+ Lumbar
- Pronounced red design in the seats... I don't mind the 10th gen seat trim in red check.... but really don't like the flashier seats :)
I'm guessing that the overall feel is not impacted by -5hp... and the wider power band is appreciated...
+1 on making the premium sound options available on the Si.... Enthusiasts who like 6MT also like music for heavens sake! (Or maybe the Integra will will this niche...)
Potentially very excited...
For me to bite I need the following:
- 6MT... (Acura please offer a 6MT and please don't limit it to the lower trim!)
- Same or better power/weight as the 10th gen Si... Hoping for a Type S with 250+
- Premium (ELS?) Sound
Nice to Have:
-SH-AWD
I love the idea...
