The wheel and tire package is the only one I would ever recommend to people. These wheels seem to chip very easily and I've already been through two new tires in 5k miles. Would have paid for itself if I had chosen it.
The dealer scratched up one of the panels while they were doing mine. When he called to tell me it was ready he let me know they scratched it and had already ordered a new one for me. I'm happy with that outcome.
I had mine done today. Service rep called and told me it was complete, but they did scratch the sill during the repair. Already ordered me a new one and will put it on as soon as it comes in.
I have a pretty good history with this dealer. Service manager said the one of the earlier tsb's called for an inspection and the receptionist didn't see the updated one. That would explain why more than one dealer has said that. They paid for my car to be paint corrected and the cost of my...
I am due for an oil change so I decided to see about having the seat repair done. I've already had it in once for the squeaky seat issue. The dealer required I bring it in for an inspection to make sure I need the repair done even though Honda emailed me and said my car is affected. Not big on...
You can get mad at Honda but this is an industry wide problem right now. Check out the mark-ups on the last call Challenger. Or the 400z....or the GR Corolla. We are all in the same boat.
I assume mine is affected by the recall. I definitely had the squeaky seat problem. It does seem whatever the dealer did fixed it though as it's gone away and hasn't returned since the service.

This happened at the dealer I purchased mine through. Since delivery took so long it was listed as "at dealer" on Honda's website. Front desk girl thanked me for buying it quickly as she said they received thousands of calls in the month it was listed as there but really wasn't.
I initially told my dealer I was interested in a new type r over a year ago. It's a dealer I've done business with often enough that the salesman knew I was a serious buyer. They told me the adm and took a $500 fully refundable deposit and took my color choices. I was second on the list. I did...
My car will never be in a museum so I don't think a front bumper respray is going to effect me much. I have a friend who does great work that will respray my bumper for $500. As long as it's not accident damage I don't think it will effect the resell value much if at all.
