Yep, they acknowledged that it was their fault. Now it's seeing what the best resolution is. They want to try having their body shop work the dent out, but the crease can't be repaired imo. Other resolution has to be another bumper but can't imagine we can source one easily. Not to mention...

Trust me I know, I work with the higher end luxury dealers and they use wheel brushes on the paint of cars like X3Ms then roll it through the auto washes. It's insane. Mine is staying just how it's pictured and trailering it straight to my detailer.

Yep, exactly. Some Honda dealers are not accepting outside financing to increase the amount they make on these cars. If you have a dealer that does not mind I would 100% shop around.
