This kit does have a postion light wire, I just finessed the wire under the locking clip and seated it ontop of the oring that helps seal the connection, into the left driver's side headlight; directly to the DARK BLUE wire, however the connection for the headlight doesn't lock but it is snug...
I did purchase the kit that SucubaSteve bought of ebay from ' yzhu0077 ' . It comes with the needed wires, lights and switch needed to install them. However I did need to extend one of the grounding wires so it'd reach the ground that I used. I also opted to purchase the OEM honda fog lights...
Sorry for the late reply. Completed install looks good! How did you setup the wiring? And if possible can you provide pictures of how you did it? I ordered my led set a week ago. It's expected to be delivered in April.
Here's the diagram. Bolt holding the ground wire is a 10mm.
I also used a on off on toggle switch to switch between accessory power, no power, and constant power.
I do have a diagram of where the grounding locations are inside, I'll post them later tomorrow morning. According to the diagram there's 2 grounding areas. I used the driver side ground. Rather than the passenger since I couldn't exactly see the ground connection.
Okay so I have information about the grounding wire inside and which ones to tap into. I tapped into #10 fuse DOOR LOCK (20A) for alltime running and #45 fuse ACC (10A) for accessory mode.
Today I happened to go to another dealer nearby. And got the parts list for a USA 2022 Civic Si. This dealer informed that the wires are probably on the harness themselves. But I'd have to look to verify that. They said that Honda like to interchange parts inbetween different vehicals...
Dealer informed formed me that the wiring harness would be built into the engine's wiring. As seen in this image for a 2022 Civic Touring. I asked if they could look up parts for Canadian 2022 Si model vehicle; unfortunately said they couldn't.
32200-T22-A40 WIRING HARNESS, ENGINE ROOM, part is...
That's what I am assuming it is. However I did find this on ebay. Says it fits a 2022 Si. But I'd like to know the actual part number for the wiring harness.
Tomorrow I'll ask my dealer about it. And will report back. If it ends up not including the wiring harness, I'll see if I can get a part number for that.
I haven't bought them yet. I will probably wait on someone else getting them since I can do without for the time being. Yes! They absolute should've been!
I was gonna try this myself, but I do not know where the grounding screw or wire is located inside the interior fusebox area.
Dash camera is a Vantop 612T with hardwire kit. I have two fuse taps. One for accessory mode (10A) wondering what to use for fulltime running (20A).
