I always inspect my oil filters. My Civlc 2.0 has had a disturbing to me amount of metal in the two that I changed out. Does anyone else have a metal producing car? 0-20W oil might be part of the problem, I always ran my non-metal makers on 0-40W.

It's torque that gets freight up the mountain. Really missing my TDI, it did everything, never exceeding 2000 RPM, now the Honda has to get wound up to 6500 Rpm before it puts out like the TDI at 2000 RPM. Also, 1.5L Jetta uses a bunch less fuel than the 2.0 Honda.
