Update 2: 25k miles, and the noise has started once again. No tracking or aggressive driving. Just the daily office run in heavy traffic in AZ. Very disappointed in this aspect of the car; my 2002 CR-V doesn't do this at all!
Thanks for the advice. It's been a year and 1 month since I got my Type R. Paid 2k over which felt like a steal back then. It was difficult to come to terms with paying over sticker though. That's illegal back in India where I'm from. I have since forgotten about the 2k over as the car has been...
I got one by "Drivant" and the only thing I'm worried about is that it isn't the "tire and wheel with cosmetic repair" but the "tire and wheel". I'll probably get a tire but since the rim is holding air I am worried that they might not replace the rim (which was cosmetically damaged because of...
Thanks for the help guys! I made it home! Had to go to a small town 70 miles away but the local tire shop guys were very nice and drove me there for a reasonable amount. Got the only 265/30/19 tire (OEM size) in entire Northern Arizona for the day. It's a Nexen tire so I'm going to use the tire...
Thanks for the advice guys. As of yet I'm still stuck but I believe a Honda Pilot or Acura RL/TLX donut spare should fit it considering that the bolt pattern matches. Just worried about the offset. The local tire shop guy is still looking for any spares he can find which might fit. If not today...
Hey guys, last night my left rear tire got ripped and now I'm stranded in Kayenta, Arizona. Does anyone have any recommendations for any emergency spare tire replacement? I don't have a spare tire but I'm looking to see if any common car's rims fit the Type R so that I can find it faster. As...
Update: Dealership replaced my front rotors, all 4 pads, and resurfaced the rear rotors for free. They called American Honda to inform them of the situation and as a one time goodwill they did it for free. Car doesn't squeal at all!

I didn't change them. Can't simply afford to change the rotors because they are squealing when hot. If the pedal was vibrating or the car shook while braking I would've done it, but not at this point. Want to really confirm if it's warped rotors. Would take a second opinion from another dealer...
Update: Looks like the rotors are warped. Dealer says there's glazing on the rotors and there's some warping on one of the rear and one of the fronts.

Update: used brake cleaner. Didn't work. Couldn't take the wheels off because, new discovery: the car doesn't get its own lug nut wrench, and the one with my CR-V is smaller because the lug nuts are smaller. I did turn the wheels all the way and reached behind the rotor where the brake dust...
Thanks for letting me know. Still taking the wheels off over the weekend to confirm, but someone suggested using brake cleaner in the forum topic i posted. Would try that as a last resort. Arizona being dry and dusty might have caused that. One thing to note, the car was squealing too much when...

I'm hoping it's rocks/debris, but confused as to why it squeals only when it gets hot. My guess is that the rocks are small and roll freely in the dust shield and only when the brake rotors get hot and expand, they get caught. Not looking forward to uneven pad wear or something else more...
