Christmas presents for everyone getting a new car soon! Congrats! Also means one position up the list for any of us still waiting so good news nonetheless.
Yes. It's notoriously loud and the VB is definitely louder than the VA.
Snow and ice was one of the bigger reasons why WRX appealed to me. AWD manual isn't easy to find anymore.
My sister in law drives a VA CVT and I tested the VB manual. I'm not a pro but I felt the shift feel was just alright, nothing too fancy. IMO the VB doesn't feel as refined as the VA, but it could also just be me trying the '22 and hers being a '21.
I suppose they allow testing now because...
I went car shopping the past week, went to Subaru for the WRX and as much as I wanted to own a WRX back in the day, the test drive reminded me why I put a deposit down for the CTR.
Sometimes all it takes is a little reminder that what we're waiting for is worth waiting.
I wonder how much extra you'd have to "pay" if you decided to purchase an ITS, drive it around, then trade it in for an CTR. Assume MSRP no add-ons. Do we know if anyone did this math?
Dang now I worry about mine if it ever shows up lol
Mine had TBD + 3k protection written on it. In hindsight I should have asked them to write down MSRP....
Seems like a new car to me, just the dealer putting it up on carguru for marketing? I'm not sure you can sell a car with 15 km on it as pre-owned, but nowadays dealers get away with pretty much anything so... (shrugs)
Did they really think they could buy it back from you without even suggesting a mark-up? They play these games like we consumers don't know how to play them as well.
