Well I’m currently in a Golf GTI and I love the way the front hood drops off beneath me as I look over the steering wheel. Maybe sounds weird but just that angle and feel of a hatch I like so much better than what I experienced driving the Integra.
Does it have more of a sedan feel than the type r? I know it’s slightly longer than the FL5 and when I test drove an Integra A-Spec what I didn’t like about it was how sedan like it was. I’m yet to get behind the wheel of a type r but hoping it has more of a true hatchback feel to it than what I...
Is it a false statement that it had an affect on allocations? Because previously the number would jump up every month or so but since the recall it’s stayed stagnant.
Like the styling of the FL5 better myself but if the ITS can be had at MSRP and is just as fun of a drive as the CTR then it’ll be hard to turn down.
Better sound system and power seat is also enticing.
Yeah I’m sure it’s to be expected to some degree with most every car but supposedly there’s talk of recalls happening in the near future.
Also, the infotainment center seems to have a number of problems which for me might be an even bigger issue than the rattles and squeaks. I have little...
At this point unless one falls into my lap I’m thinking of just waiting until the 2024 model. Reading through the “rattles, creaks, squeaks” thread makes me think there’s a lot that can be improved upon.
They can want to get as much as they can all the while it sits on their lot unsold. At some point they’ll have to accept that their 20k ADM dreams are over and done for.
At the most they have until summer to get 10k+ ADM. The release of the ITS combined with increased inventory and the crashing used car market ought to make 5k over if not MSRP the standard.
The 15k-20k ADMs will be and are sitting at this point outside of a few exceptions. There’s only so many people willing to pay over 60k for this car and those cars on the west coast speak to that.
Can’t say I blame you but I think there’s only so many people willing to pay 60k+ and once they get theirs, prices should fall to the much easier to swallow 5k over range.
I’ve turned down a few 10k offers out there which has me hopeful that isn’t too far off.
Fingers crossed Honda can pump...
I’m asking as I’m close to making a deal for 10k over which sadly seems like a good deal in comparison to all these dealers asking for 20k+
Getting cold feet and if production numbers reached anywhere near that range it tells me I really should stay patient and back out.
Pretty sure it was @savagegeese who said that Honda will be trying to combat ADMs through giving allocations to dealerships that aren’t adding markups.
Considering 99% have some form of markup I imagine it’d be more like those doing $10k not $20k+ that Honda provides increased allocations for...
