Hi - did the dealer fix the issue? I have the same problem in my 23 type r.

I have a 23 type r and have this issue. It seems to start after driving on the highway or longer timeframes. It’s very annoying. I’m going to bring it to Honda and see, but it’s going to be hard to produce the issue for dealer.

How do you like that tire setup? Do you notice any speedo errors?

Did you have any issues putting that 10m bolt in under the back seat? I swear it would not go in for me and I had to use a lot of force and feel like I stripped it in there. Tia.

@CTR good to hear. I’m on stock 19s. I realized the wind was 18 mpg that day so I think that was aiding it. Also one of the front tires had 45psi and the rest had 35 so I fixed that. They feel good. Very happy.

I’m curious to hear your thoughts on that tire size. I was going to do the same but last minute went with DWS06 plus on stock tire size 265/30/19. I’m happy so far - less road noise, little softer, and great wet traction.

@CTR did you do an alignment when switching wheels? I called Honda to do a similar setup as you and they said they do an alignment. I don’t know if I want them to if it changes when I go back to stock. The car is perfect now and I could picture them messing it up for when I switch back to...

I’ve been looking at GX so have to ask if you are overall happy with your GX 460? I was thinking of trading my Acura RDX in for one. Does it handle good on the highway - long trips?

Mine is the same. I thought I had a rock stuck in the rotor at first.

@Rhorn the steering was a minor thing I was nit picking. Felt about 9/10 as good so just minor/subjective thought I had.

Got ya. Good comment on the 30 vs 35 sidewalls. The biggest thing with me is ITS comfort mode is great, but sometimes I want more dampening when taking fast on/off ramps and when I switched to Sport it kind of has a mildly weird bounce to it. Let me say it is NOT the exact same as stock...

@urbo73 I’m looking forward to your review! I tend to agree with @CTR - it might feel too soft. It’s going to feel like the best daily driver ever at first, but then you might get too comfy and want that edgy crazy type R back. Lol keep us posted.

The differences are noticeable. For daily driving - I “think” I like the stock comfort mode the best. ITS comfort mode would probably be better for long road trips. I didn’t realize how good stock comfort was until I disconnected ads and then switched to ITS unit. It’s a great balance of...
