Is anyone able to get an fl5 for msrp?

So on car gurus its showing something like 220 new type r's listed. As a comparison there are about 150 elantra n's and the elantra n can be had for msrp if you spend a bit of time looking, or worst case about $1500 mark up. Given this, why is there still such a huge markup on the new type r's?
