The available FMICs are confined to the OE bumper opening. Too much of the increase in volume is derived from an increase in thickness, unduly negatively impacting the heat exchangers "downstream".

It's true... it's a cheaper way to meet the TPMS requirement.
I, for one, like having actual TMPS sensors for the track.
I'm using the TrailBrake setup.
With more dyno time could you lessen the torque drop in the upper revs on pump gas?
The flatness of the curve on ethanol is ridiculous, reminds me of the s65.
Is the indirect TPMS system responsive enough to notify you of a puncture on track?
Or will you run several laps before it lets you know you have a tire going flat....
