Do u hear that same noise in the higher gears and speed

So I hear that whine in 2nd gear as well which I heard before the break in period But after break in period I started hearing same sound little louder at 4-6th gears at 50mph

Definitely not tire noise even the Honda foreman said it's coming from the transmission but said it's a characteristic of type r but I don't trust him lol
