Rare? do you mean used? You can buy the FK8 spare tire kit at any honda dealer. The fact that ic comes with a new floor with taller foam blocks to raise it over the tire was enough to make me spring for it new.
first oil change at 1000 miles and second at 3200. Copper and Iron significantly lower, Aluminum up but was double the miles. Horizon/Amsoil uses a different test for fuel dilution than blackstone.
My car runs short trips during the week and gets exercise on the weekends. Interesting...
It wont affect performance at all and you will never see it but im guessing it will bother you forever knowing its there and you will think your car is slower because of it so have them send a replacement.
Bought a new 2025 with 7 miles on it, for MSRP in late February 2026 No add ons, no accessories, no bullshit, no pressure and no attitude from the dealer The car hit the floor friday Feb 13th, I looked at it that Saturday and went back Monday Feb 16 and bought it. It was Presidents day...

The overall circumference of the wheel with tire for the FK8 and FL5 is about the same so the spare fits for both. actually the spare is closer to the FL5 than the FK8.
FK8 245/30/20: 81"
FL5 265/30/19: 79.4"
spare 125/70/18: 78.2"
06421-TGH-A13ZA also works for the spare tire kit. Dealer couldnt find 33ZA or 23ZA so maybe 13ZA is an updated number? Continental tire is (T124-70-18) 42751-CTL-039
Total was $363.75 + $21.83 tax = 385.58.
THIS 10000% I wish I put the time into keeping in shape starting at 40 that I (have to) do now at 59 just to correct the damage a nearly 40 year desk job did with little effort to correct it on the back side.
