These are the tires that came on the car (Pirellis)They have 23k miles on them. Tires are now balanced so my next step will be a rotation. Tire wear is the same and nothing unusual. No belts or bulging.

I wanted to try the balance route first to see if or how much of a difference it made. While it did make a difference, now the vibration feels different but in the same general area. The shop did not see anything wrong with the tires or rims. I even inspected while they did it.
