@ACUITY I have an inquiry regarding the contents. Underneath the box cover is a parts list. In the small bag, it lists: 4x mounting screws, 1x cable support o-ring, 1x cable support bolt, 1x cable support sleeve. I'm not seeing any sleeve in the bag. Would you mind providing a picture of it...

I emailed them as well and am waiting for a response. Damn! Had I known, I would've waited lol. It's misleading since it doesn't state anywhere on their website that it's on backorder or it's not available.
