boost by gear

Hey CivicX and @KTuner , I'm really smashing my head with this one. I am trying to get my tune to be 23psi and actually hit it (and hold) consistently, but it's just not happening. I can not seem to exceed 20 on average, and some of the behavior of boost targets in my data log just don't make...
