So after going back and forth with ktuner I’ve yet to get the answer I’m looking for...

ktuner says there is no way to get 2 step for the CVT 2.0L K20c2 base model civic..yet there’s an option “basic two-step”. I have a friend with a 2.0L CVT sport sedan who apparently got it to work. I’m not entirely sure if this has to do with the fact both cars have different ECUs ?

I’ve tried setting limiters in the basic two step tab to 4000, 3500, and 2000. Yet nothing ... this is kind of disappointing. Considering the 2.0L NA has like no support for 3rd parties I shouldn’t expect much should I??,

But hey.. being that it’s CVT I should probably be expecting more less.

Listen to KTuner regarding the CVT.

Btw OP, if you think 2 step isn't launch control, what exactly do you think it is?
