Our team is constantly thinking of ways to improve and add more flavor to the PRL Motorsports product line. Over the years we have received an overwhelming amount of inquiries regarding exhaust system development, but unfortunately were not able to take on this workload in the past. Now that our team has expanded and production has continued to streamline, we are able to begin looking into the manufacturing of exhaust systems, starting with the 11th Gen Civic platform. After scanning both the Si and Non-Si models' exhaust systems, our Product Development Team has started discussing some pretty neat concepts - we will be taking a look at the 2.0L exhaust system as well. Stay tuned for updates!

To add length for tuning be it acoustic or power. My bet is on sound

I believe that to be correct, it also allows them to fit straight through mufflers under the car all angled like they are. I honestly love the look and sound and overall design of the factory Si exhaust, I would not swap it out for any aftermarket system as far as I can expect. I had Mugen exhausts on my Honda S2000 and my Acura Integra GS-R , and this factory Si exhaust is almost as good as those IMO, very impressed.
