I noticed today while driving, 76 degrees outside feels like 69, my IAT temps seemed to be running high? I don’t usually pay much attention to the IAT temps but they were progressing up towards 150-154 degrees, is that a normal temp? Now that is parked or sitting in traffic and of course as soon as I start to throttle it drops down pretty quickly into the 120’s or even 115 range..I just feel like the first week I bought the car, last week, I never saw the temps raise that high? Maybe I’m dillusuonl and just never payed much attention but does this sound normal? Do you guys see these sorts of temps daily?

If you're sitting parked or in traffic for a long time you're gonna see high IAT. You don't have any outside air circulating so it's basically pulling minimal air and heating it like a dryer.

If your parked or in traffic they will get high as long as they are coming down you're good. im in Florida and some hot days i can be stopped for a minute and get up to those numbers. before i got too annoyed by idle stop start i left it on so it would help keep temps a bit lower than they would be sitting idle.

Okay, I just thought it was odd I feel like I had never seen the IAT that high before. As soon as I would come to a red light and sit there for no more than probably 30 seconds it was rising back up to the 145 range..maybe I’m just crazy and it’s always around that and I just never paid it close enough attention. Like I said it lowers quick when moving and throttle is down. Car only has 800 miles on it so i didn’t know if maybe it was because it was slowing starting to break in also. I saw a couple videos online of others people IAT around the 140 range so i might just be thinking into it.

You are fine. At idle and not moving the car gets hot, once you start moving it drops down fast.
