It’s not a K20C1 engine that was being used in the video, I think it’s a built K20 bottom with a K24 head from 4P.
Surprised to see rockers/cams (which was previously on another built 4P engine they had, that also failed) being used for a new one.. whether it was still properly inspected prior to being installed, it just seems odd to put in reused parts if you’re buying a another fully built engine. It wasn’t mentioned, but maybe it was requested to reuse parts to save money? maybe it was just one of those rare occurrences? Maybe it was the engine builder?
But after reading the comments, seems like other people are having problems with their engines too. They’ve been around for awhile and is well known company. Especially since lots of people are using their drop in TR2 camshafts for our Type R’s
Anyone heard about this situation?
