So I just went to go get my Fl5 to a shop to have them install my Eibach Prokit springs front and rear with an alignment with eibach rear camber arms, everything is good and alignment is dialed in. great - so what?

well… for one they bent my brake shroud so I’ll need to get that fixed but one thing that is killing is that I cannot switch between drive modes. Most likely they didn’t touch the ADS module itself but most likely forgot to connect the wiring harness OR damaged it.

Can someone post a picture of where it’s supposed to be connected? I have searched the forums but none of my words brought this up. There was maybe one picture but not a lot of context.

Am getting a “Active Dampers System Problem” error. please advise! Taking it to the shop soon but just neeed to know if anyone’s gone through this.

Pics will be up soon!!!

Sorry to hear than man, this is why I installed my Eibach Sportline springs by myself along with camber/toe arms. Dedicated a Saturday evening with a pack of beer and wasn’t difficult at all, given you have the right tools! My springs is over a year old and no problems since.

During the install of my springs, the only thing electrical I touched was in the front wheels. It is the ADS connectors, which needed to be disconnected (circled in red) as they get in the way of removing the strut from the spindle. As you said, the ADS module isn’t even close to being messed with as it’s in the cabin behind the rear seats.

Remove your front wheels and double check the ADS connection and/or wires for any damage as this might be why you’re getting an error. Hope this helps and that you’re able to figure out the problem!

Front right wheel well shown

ABS adaptive damper harness is the name of the part. #57455-T60-A04 that is for the drivers side though.
Cost me about 300 bucks to order it from honda. It's obvious to see if unplugged however not obvious to see if damaged.

Nattypiso indeed that’s what it was! I connected the wiring harness and got my drive modes back. Also reshaped the brake shroud so no more squealing. Thank you sir!!!
