Can anyone translate what's on the image?

Update: translated by @slysamba

Using google translate the dashed line says something along the lines of 400 units/month planned. The solid red line says "20,000 orders received"
Y axis is orders and x axis is time starting in September 2022.

Hopefully this means that Honda will allocate more money and prioritize CTR production over other products since customer orders blew their initial projections out of the water.

Wow so they have 20,000 orders in Japan, and they're making 400 a month? So they already have more orders than they can fill in FOUR YEARS. Doesn't bode well for cars being sent to other countries...

I think In the short term, you're right. Non-Japan demand will go unfulfilled or unprioritized. Savagegeese or someone said that Honda would prioritize Japanese deliveries over other countries. If Honda doesn't ramp up CTR production, then we're all SOL for a while. However, If Honda responds quickly to demand and increases production, then maybe we can start seeing strong demand fulfillment 2-4 years from now. 2 years might be too quick. I'm not sure how quickly Honda can scale up a production line or if its running at capacity currently. Would Honda take resources from economy car lines to allocate to an enthusiast vehicle?

According to what most Japanese YouTubers are saying (before this image blows up on Reddit), Honda Japan pretty much stopped taking new orders at this point.

Can this mean Honda will increase production and send more cars to Canada ????
It doesn't look like it. They've cut off the builder on the Canadian Honda website and the My Garage website. Still blows my mind that other countries are getting more than 500 per year in comparison to us 500 over 3 years. We'd all welcome an increase in production though.
