Is this the Canadian version since the car has a Canadian plate? Just trying to temper some of the expectations (from US readers) when you list some of the high-end specs reserved for the more luxurious Canadian market.
Not everything about the Civic is better here. The US gets the Turbo 1.5T on the EX. We have it only on the Touring.

Sounds like some improvements then. The 10th gen SI seats looked good and even felt okay initially, but over time not so much. Curious as to driving impressions. I often recommend Civics,, so curious to see how the 11th gen stacks up.

I thought I saw a press release the us had heated steering wheels also. Not that it matters on a Type R.

biggest want I had on the type r was the side mirror cameras for lane changes etc nice feature that should be standard on all Honda’s. Not even my2021 touring Accord has it, but I do live the Heads up display on the 2021 accord touring.

It does, yes.
Can you confirm if your car has a button to turn off the Idle-Stop feature as pictured below?

and I assume there's no button that will allow you to permanently disable it?
There's an On/Off button for it, also, it is defaulted to Off when you're in Sport Mode.

Is the hood as long as it looks compared to the X?
Yes, the length of the car in front of the hood is approx. the amount the car has grown in length.

Haven't driven it reasonably enough to comment yet lol, will see what I average on my drive to work in the morning (63km, 70% highway/30% city)
