Fellow Enthusiasts,
KTuner is happy to join CivicX.com as a sponsor to be even more directly involved with the enthusiasts in the 10th Generation Civic community. We have one-on-one relationships with a lot of you already and we have been very active in the Facebook groups for some time now, but we have been directed to the CivicX.com forums on multiple occasions to review questions that were being asked here without the ability to answer directly due to the rules. We felt it’s the right time to be here and it looks like we’ve missed out on a lot! Thank you to those who share info and to those who have posted our update details. We owe you one.
Just a few things to cover as far as our presence on the forum is concerned.
Support Questions - Email [email protected]
While we do plan to chime in threads where needed, we do still prefer email for support questions as it gives us the ability to track previous emails, responses, and issues in our own internal system.
Purchasing KTuner Units
We urge you to work with our dealers directly to purchase and tune any KTuner systems. We do not sell direct other than for testing purposes.
Development Information
While we like to stay pretty open and answer questions about what’s being worked on, we do have competitors right here on this very forum so we may not be able to go into detail on any upcoming developments. There’s a lot planned for these platforms.
KTunerFlash V2 Touch Availability
Thank you all for being so patient in regards to the launch of the KTunerFlash V2. We’ve had many setbacks on getting completed cases to our door. From the CNC shops scratching them, anodizers providing coatings that were uneven, damaged shipments, it’s been quite the process. We’ve been through 3 machine shops and 8 anodizing companies to try to get consistent results. We can finally say we’ve found the right combination as we’ve moved away from anodizing completely and this new company has been phenomenal at what they do. Over the last few weeks we've taken care of 50 additional back orders with units that arrived in the latest batch. We will have more around the beginning of August and anyone still waiting, or any new orders placed through dealers until then, will be taken care of at that time. This will be a large batch, so we shouldn't have anyone still waiting after it comes in.
So with that we will open up this section and will be creating threads for our specific products where you can ask questions.
