In Europe we also have this annoying speed limit reminder using traffic sign recognition. I can turn off traffic sign recognition, but after every restart it turns on again. EU regulation, they said.
I hope someone can figure out how to hack this.

I think, Duca, you might have the same problem?
Greetings from a fresh first time Honda Owner
also very new to Forum-Culture in general :imnew:

Anyway, in my few days of owning an FL5 Type R the above mentioned speed limit reminder (EU-Term: Intelligent Speed Assistent / ISA) has proven to be very irritating almost all the time.

Seems to be a new 2024 'Feature' in the EU.
How does this work for you guys in the US/CAN?

Looking forward to a possible solution for this specific problem.

I think you can only adjust the range for when it flashes. For some reason mines constantly being triggered. 😆
Have you found a menu to adjust this tolerance?
Other manufacturers (Mazda, VW) seem to have such menus

Yes, they have such menus because they don't have "Honda Sensing" department. For them, the purpose is "safety first" no matter what...

It's either on the headunit or the cluster. I adjusted mine at one time but I think it's capped at +10 or +15 mph.

So this happened yesterday..
But still can't get the touch screen to work. I used the phone's screen mouse control to get around. If you're wondering, yes a physical keyboard/mouse works with this setup but it's not practical

Unrelated KINDA. But we all have the Bose headunit which means different wiring harness because Honda suddenly doesn’t like DIY. So I had my Asian friend email Seicane and idoing in their native language so there was NO confusion. They even responded as such… they both said if anyone with the Bose 11th gen headunit emails them before ordering, that they have a harness that fits the Bose so it’s completely PnP. Even though they have full money back guaranteed. I’m waiting until I have EXTRA funds to be the Guinea pig I guess. Unless someone on here wants to be the first and post pictures and video of the install…. I haven’t seen a single picture or video of ANYONE with a Bose system installing one of those android plug n play headunits. It’s always base models or sports. But yea. Here are the links. I’ve had idoing in my 21 WRX. If had seicane in my 22 Camry and I also had Tey’es in my 2023 DD Altima. All great headunits. T’eyes have been the best though if I’m being honest.
