Hi streetwise:
Thanks for your inquiry. It has a set of metal brackets that have pre-applied 3M tape on the underside. Simply mount those brackets to your rear window and when the louver goes on the brackets there will be nuts to secure the louver.

Thanks for your inquiry. Honestly I don't know whether if it will fit a hatch, we haven't had one here to test on yet. But for installation wise it very simple. Just 3M double side tape to install.

i doubt it will fit a hatch, the back glass is different and it has the rear wiper.

Sorry about that. I did meant that reply was for the diffuser.
Here's some photos I just took on that rear diffuser. It's currently held by Velcro for temporary use, but it does come with 3M tape so you can use 3M tape for installation.
The measurement is 35.5" in length.
