Infotainment Creaking/Cracking Noise When Going Over Bumps

My infotainment screen makes clicking/cracking noises every single time i drive over a bump in the road. seems to be worse when the car is hot. I took it in to the dealer a month ago and they said they put some felt tape in some areas but there is zero improvement. Anyone else have this issue? Anyone know how to stop it from making so much noise? didn't do this when new.

Are you sure it is the infotainment ? Not from under the dash.

Did the dealer disassemble the whole screen assembly to fix it better?

I will use foam tape not felt.
First time I hear this issue.
