Congrats!

I'm almost at 4k miles and I've had my Civic for almost three months (Aug 1st). Though I put over a thousand miles in the first six days. The moment I got the car, I went on a long drive just to try it on every kind of a road, I put 200 miles on mine the first day I owned it.

I’ve owned the car for a week. Already 555 miles. Enjoying this “economy” car even more than the Mustang GT I traded for it.

How many miles do you all have?

I love civics but I’d never trade my Shelby for one - torque is king when it comes to having fun on the city streets ?

I didn’t enjoy having to fill up my Mustang with 93 Octane every two days. Was also a nightmare to drive in bad weather.

I’m content with the Honda for a fun daily driver.

I'm at 85000 miles and still on original components except for EBC pads&rotor for weekends at the racetrack. However, my powertrain can only be had in Sports 11th Hatchback with 6MT.

I also traded in my (2019) Mustang GT for my Civic (Si)! I only miss the hp when I am thinking of passing someone in a situation where I have to calculate whether I'm going to run out of room or not...but like you: I do NOT miss the fuel economy!!! Factoring in the car payment, fuel costs, and insurance, I'm saving around $300 a month, maybe slightly more as fuel keeps increasing.
PS-Have had the car 6 weeks and did one mini road trip, so have 2,424 miles on it. Loving every mile!!

I traded in my G37 for the new si about a month ago, and I am currently at 3100 miles. Loving it so far!

At lights (vs drag strip) huge advantage if you initiate a rolling start just before it turns green. The rear drive has to stay planted so they can shift all the weight to rear wheels, while that would be toxic for front drive. They always get mad when you get the jump on them with your rolling start, but you'd stupid to drive a FWD like a RWD.
