Came across this FL5, can anyone link me to the previous owner? Seems to be from Ohio.

With the available context, it looks like it landed in some used car dealer inventory?

This makes me really curious. It's easy to assume that someone with this level of enthusiasm to do this much to a car would hang out in forums like this all the time, or at least be connected to someone who does... but I've also found that some folks still have their own network and effectively stay "off the grid" in that sense.

Also some people just have obscene money and can casually hand it off to a shop and toss $30k in aftermarket parts and labor and not really think about it.

To anyone considering buying this car though, it seems like it would really be tough to get past not knowing anything about its history.

Imagine being so hardcore about improving your car, to customize it to the way you like, only to sell it shortly thereafter.
This is common and goes hand in glove with people hopping in and out of cars like they change shirts. That is or has been many of us on this site. Another man's trash...

Yeah, I'm aware this is how it goes in the car world. Just cause a good percentage of people do it doesn't make it make sense to me. People will bust on others for paying a markup but then they are encouraged to make a bunch of mods and are sent a friendly goodbye when they sell their car. In the end in both cases it was basically tossing money away.

Happens to a lot of SEMA "builds" too. They slap a bunch of parts on a car real quick, throw it in the show without ever testing if any of it actually works, and then sell it quick once the show is over. Could be one of those cars.

Financial education is not really a thing in American education system. Some projects don't really account for budgets and challenges to the economy.
Just because you can do something doesn't mean you should.
I bought my dream house in Miami back in 08 because the builders ran out of money.
I sold it back in 2021 for a profit.
Right now I'm gearing up for a new dream house because the market is going to crash again lol
