I've decided that the Remark exhaust with front pipe is the sound I'm looking for. I know there is a weight savings by going with the Ti system, but from the videos, the sound is different. Or atleast to me watching sound clips and videos.

Has anyone heard both of these systems in person to compare if the Ti and SS Remark systems sound different? Would love perspectives of current owners too.

I think you will find the SST more durable than Ti. Welding and stress relieving Ti is challenging compared to SST. If not done right, Ti welds will crack and the cracks spread rapidly.
SST can be repaired at custom exhaust shops, unlikely for Ti.
Sound wise, Ti definitely rings different than steel.
I spent many years working with these materials in aerospace and I would chose SST (known as corrosion resistant steel in aerospace).

You make good points. I'm leaning towards the SS due to cost.

Yes we are close to Remark and have heard both in person. Titanium produces a unique tone, it depends what you prefer. Titanium comes with the titanium tips and weight savings of the titanium exhaust. Unless you're tracking your car and produce a lot of power, you should not have issues with it cracking.

We have the SS Remark and TI remark in stock if you would like a quote.

When I was shopping for a Remark system this winter, I was having trouble tracking down the Ti exhaust kit. What I finally figured out was that Remark was in the process of changing their Ti kit, substituting their SS (SUS 304) front pipe on Ti kits due to cracking issues with the Ti front pipe, and giving the updated kit a new part #. It's no longer a full Ti system, but understandable as it solves the issues some were experiencing.

I just installed the Remark Ti exhaust this weekend. I have the updated version with the stainless front pipe. I was very impressed with the build quality. The fitment was perfect. When I purchased it, I was a little concerned that the tips would look small. Seeing them installed, I think that they look perfect. They are purposeful, yet look refined. They sit flush with the rear bumper. I prefer two tips over the stock three.

I have only driven with it for about 100 miles, but my initial impressions on the sound are that it is fairly loud under acceleration. The tone is deep. When cruising it is definitely quieter, with no drone. I am curious to see if this changes as the exhaust burns in. In general I feel like the Type R has less sound deadening than some of my other cars, so that likely contributes to the louder sound.

Obviously the price it kind of steep, but when you factor in that it includes the front pipe, it isn’t that much more than other options I was considering like the HKS Legamax.

Would love to hear vid clips and or pics on your car. There are some out there, but not many. I'm leaning towards the SS version due to cost, but would love the Ti version and glad they decided to go with the updated SS front pipe.

Out of all the exhausts I've heard, the Remark is the best to my ears. I also like the Apexi.

I ordered the stainless version last week. It’s supposed to be delivered this Monday or Tuesday. I was able to get it delivered for $1350. I prefer the sound to everything else, on video at least. Value seems unbeatable to me, especially when you factor in the front pipe. I plan on putting a video up here after it has some Carbon built up.

Where did you get it for that price? Can you DM me?

It’s pretty dirty, but here they are. I’m afraid I don’t have any videos.

I love this! So clean and the tips match the BB color!

My Remark SS exhaust arrived a few days ago, when I get a chance to put it on I'll post some pics and a vid. Agreed, there really are not many pics or videos out there which was frustrating, but hey its new car partss are only just being developed. I went for the SS Remark because I only wanted dual tip (looks the best IMO) and there really arnt many options out there at this price that also come with a front pipe. From the vids I found this one looks and sounds the best by far. To be confirmed

Edit: Also the price allowed me to grab a rear motor mount too which, if you are thinking of getting one, id recommend doing it while the front pipe is off

I agree with you on all your points. I would definitely be doing a motor mount at the same time I would install the exhaust
