Hey all. I’m a little over one week into ownership of my FL5 and I can’t get enough of the car. Finally took it out for a decent 300 mile jaunt today. I noticed that, between 30 and 80 mph, I get road noise that sounds almost like an unbalanced wheel. I don’t feel anything terribly off in the wheel or pedals and was wondering if this type of noise was typical of the stock wheel and tire setup or if I should go get my wheels balanced (seems unlikely for a new car?). Thanks!

My uneducated guess is I think you are fine . It’s more than likely the Michelin pilot 4s . Depending on the road service you will hear a lot of road noise. I had the same tires on my 22 BMW M240i and now on my FL5. The BMW was whisper quiet but on some road services it was louder then my FL5 so I would have to say the Common denominator would be the tires. The traction that you get with these tires I think it’s worth the extra noise imo.
