So are these TSB updates not able to be installed OTA since this gen supports OTA updates?

Looks like my vehicle VIN is in there, so might have to make an appt again.

4/18: Went in today and got the update done no problem. Hopefully I won't experience the issue again.

Dealership didn’t believe me about it so I text them the picture. I have appointment Friday.
