My 2024 is also getting cracks on the seam sealing. Not sure if it's actually a concern though.

Bummer to see lower quality materials being used. My 91 crx with 130k miles (tracked multiple times) doesn't have any of these issues. Not too concerned about it, just disappointed. I guess it highlights the rigidity of car in some areas and flex in others.

Maybe a strut tower brace can help ?
Just added a PRL Throwback brace on mine . Beautiful functional brace and fits Perfectly šŸ‘šŸ»

Clean! Might have to pick one up.
Cool ! Nice fun mod to install to just 6 bolts and slap it on that’s it . Then torque them down to honda specs and your good to go. Just took mine for a quick drive first time since the install and feels good definitely stiffer but in a good way .

Cusco since day 2 on my car.
Had Cusco bars on my 01 WRX wagon 24 years ago, so knew this was a must buy.
with the strut mounts practically part of the firewall on the FL5, I wonder if there is much benefit though?

Probably not a huge benefit, but it’s a relatively inexpensive part and it dresses up the engine bay a bit. :)

Definitely stiffens it up it’s a night a day difference. I’d also be willing to bet it takes some stress off the addressed areas .
Observation from someone that just installed one and drove it before and after .
Bonus yes it dresses it up nicely šŸ‘šŸ»šŸ˜Š

I’ve read mixed things, which is understandable given people’s differing suspension and wheel/tire setups. I’ve considered getting one. I’m just not sure which I’d go with.

Yes I also heard many different opinions l. Really didn’t know what to expect and really just bought it for looks and a throwback to the Acura type R . I was very surprised from the results and again wasn’t expecting much since some have said there wasn’t any difference or very little. I haven’t had it on the twisties yet and the car was so good before I doubt I’ll notice a difference on the street . For me it feels more stable and it was stable before and absolutely stiffer now . I like it a lot it gives this FL5 a different feel for sure . PRL Did a great job !
EDIT: As far as recommendations there are some nice looking ones out there so it’s just a matter of taste. I liked the old school look so went with the PRL Throwback and it fit like a glove. It felt like the suspension stiffened up but in a good way I really like the feel . I noticed right when I drove it off the driveway .

Seam sealer shouldn't crack, it is supposed to form a moisture barrier at welded panel interfaces, where paint would definitely crack. Crack means moisture will eventually seep into unpainted areas and rust.

See if your dealer can file a warranty claim, but don't mention track day...
