TheTopher has posted up a new POV Track video that shows one of our track oriented custom tunes at work at Gingerman Raceway! I'm always excited to check out his new FL5 content.
This car has a few basic mods as well as a custom tune from me at JST-Performance Using a COBB Tuning Accessport.
On this same track a few weeks ago another one of our customers ran a 1:38.7 which is the Fastest ever Type R time at Gingerman Raceway. He is running a Cobb Accessport V3 with an E30 tune, but on the stock fuel system. He is planning to upgrade his fuel system so that we can push a bit more power out of the stock turbo setup and run higher Ethanol content. His car is probably sitting around the 390whp mark right now.
I've had a lot of people PM me saying they are interested in an Accessport and Tune combo, and if you are looking to buy a Cobb Accessport for your FL5/ DE5, now is the time to act!
Cobb is doing 10% off on these, with FREE Jailbreaks, and Free 1 Day shipping on the Jailbreak. They also announced that 2025 DE5 ecu support is Live as of this morning.
We are also doing Combo deals with an Accessport and our custom tuning. You can check out more info on our website at the link below.
If you already have a Cobb Accessport, do yourself a favor and pick up one of our Custom Tunes. Don't just try the Cobb "off the shelf tunes" and then decide you arent happy with the power and just want to swap to another platform and get a custom tune.
The difference in power and drivability is night and day. We can dial in your tune to match your exact mods that you have. From completely stock to Big Turbo/ Ethanol/ Fuel system upgrades. I've seen mentioned that Cobb cant run these parts, but this is 100% false. I have personally worked with Cobb to figure these things out, and my FL5 has made over 500whp at the wheels for a solid 6 months or more now with an RV6 R660 turbo, an XDI fuel system, and an Ethanol fuel mix.
If you have any questions please feel free to DM me or reach out via email at [email protected]
